This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Initiate discussions and sales calls with qualified e-commerce businesses
• Guide potential partners throughout the complete sales journey
• Assess customers' needs and challenges, creating customized solutions
• Develop tailored proposals and present our offerings to decision-makers
• Keep the sales pipeline updated and documented in the CRM
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and share ideas for improvement
• Foster long-lasting relationships with dynamic brands
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or as an account executive
• Proven experience in selling complex services or solutions within a B2B context
• Strong presence and effective communication skills
• Methodical, goal-focused approach combined with a proactive mindset
• Eager to accept responsibility and actively support growth initiatives
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and digital business frameworks
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English
