This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• You will oversee incoming leads, articulate service options, and secure bookings while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
• Reach out to and convert warm leads into confirmed bookings.
• Establish rapport with clients and gain a clear understanding of their needs.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor performance metrics.
• Consistently achieve or surpass targets.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
• Excellent and professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates resilience under pressure and handles rejection with composure.
• Proven track record of success in phone-based sales and achieving targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and client information.
• Skilled in negotiation and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Must possess a reliable laptop or desktop computer.
