• Oversee a smooth transition to the client services team to assure client satisfaction.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a solution-focused business development role.
• Proven track record and eagerness to generate, prospect, and qualify leads.
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong follow-through practices, attention to detail, and meticulous documentation skills.
• A consistent drive for exceeding expectations through collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications is required.
• Experience and comfort in presenting to senior leadership and decision-makers is essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% is mandatory.
• Flexibility and capability to work over 40 hours per week during peak periods to meet client needs is required.
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system is preferred.
