β’ Engaging in prospecting, pitching, and driving business development efforts.

β’ Maintaining consistent momentum within sales cycles while ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
β’ Collaborating with Customer Success to facilitate an efficient, customer-centric onboarding experience.
β’ Providing strategic advice to the company and informing product management on market and product requirements.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in consultative sales.
β’ Proven background in either selling NGS or Genomics products to Hospital Systems/Lab Environments or broader commercial experience with enterprise software solutions.
β’ While prior product knowledge in Genetics, Diagnostics, or similar Health Analytics is not necessary, a strong eagerness to learn about the subject matter is essential.
β’ A proactive, hunter mentality, motivated by the desire to consistently generate new business.
β’ Willingness to travel within your territory, with a minimum requirement of 50% travel.
