This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Drive revenue for SCS Global Services Europe by marketing existing programs and services to both current and potential clients.
• Develop new business opportunities through sales leads, promoting designated services, crafting proposals, and finalizing sales.
• Collaborate directly with the European team across various programs and countries.
• Execute sales strategies and initiatives to attract qualified leads.
• Partner with the Marketing Manager and the sales team for event and activity coordination.
• Over 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the testing, inspection, certification (TIC), and sustainability sectors.
• More than 3 years of experience in a B2B setting selling highly technical programs or services.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or 2+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• Capability to understand and sell complex technical programs and services.
• Emphasis on data-driven sales strategies.
• Strong understanding of sales and business performance metrics.
• Enthusiasm for sales and best practices utilizing various B2B sales techniques.
• Ability to create clean, presentable, and professional deliverables.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of effective verbal and written communication.
• Keen interest in learning and enhancing knowledge of certification services and sustainability programs, along with a professional drive.
• Full fluency in English and professional proficiency in at least one additional major EU language (preference for two languages besides English), such as German, Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch.
• Proficient in business software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Sales CRM systems, with experience in Salesforce.
