• Oversee and convert incoming leads generated through webinars, Instagram, and various marketing platforms.
• Conduct discovery and sales conversations utilizing a tested sales script and an objection-handling framework.
• Proactively engage with warm and cold leads in the CRM pipeline.
• Reconnect with inactive leads and create new sales opportunities through outbound outreach.
• Arrange and hold meetings with potential clients.
• Establish rapport with clients by showcasing empathy, professionalism, and effective listening skills.
• Keep precise CRM records and update the sales pipeline regularly.
• Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales objectives.
• Take part in sales coaching, role-playing exercises, and continuous training sessions.
• Work with leadership to refine sales scripts, follow-up protocols, and overall conversion metrics.
• Utilize call recordings and feedback mechanisms to consistently enhance sales performance.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in high-ticket sales, coaching, consulting, or real estate.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and managing a sales pipeline autonomously.
• Outstanding verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and the capability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and life stages.
• Comfortable navigating objections and guiding prospects through a systematic sales process.
• Self-driven, proactive, and exceptionally accountable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and management of follow-up workflows.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A dependable laptop/computer and reliable high-speed internet connection are mandatory.
• Competitive base salary of approximately $2,300 per month.
