This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Execute a high volume of outbound cold calls targeting business owners and key decision-makers.
• Discover and prospect new business opportunities utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and Yelp.
• Develop, manage, and sustain a self-sourced pipeline of qualified leads.
• Present and advocate for Welcome Wagon’s advertising solutions to potential clients.
• Arrange appointments and perform consistent follow-ups to secure new business.
• Precisely monitor outreach, pipeline activity, and sales performance within CRM systems.
• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue goals.
• High school diploma is mandatory; further education or certifications are advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• 1–3 years of experience in high-volume outbound cold calling, preferably B2B.
• Demonstrated ability to independently prospect, generate leads, and build a pipeline.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion capabilities.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adept at functioning in a metrics-focused environment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Swift recruitment process facilitated through video calls.
