This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Excel in a dynamic and competitive atmosphere, playing a vital role in driving company growth and revenue targets.
• Accountable for prospecting, nurturing relationships, and securing new business opportunities.
• Provide a consultative sales approach to brokers, consultants, and employer groups.
• Comfortable making and receiving numerous calls each day.
• Develop and manage partner channels.
• Deliver presentations to groups effectively.
• Generate and qualify leads while successfully closing sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline tracking and activities within the CRM system.
• Efficiently utilize company-approved AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Become proficient in all ancillary wellness services offered.
• Offer strategic guidance for both prospects and existing clients.
• Capable of generating new leads through broker channels and direct sales to end users.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with the entire Wellness IQ team.
• Collaborate with staff, management, and vendors to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Frequent travel may be necessary, potentially up to 50% of the time.
• College degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Employee Benefits, or a related field.
• Comfort with cold calling and handling objections.
• A strong passion for Health and Wellness.
• Experience in insurance brokerage, particularly in employee benefits, is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• A consultative selling method with the ability to identify client needs.
• High levels of motivation, resilience, and competitiveness.
• Capability to manage multiple opportunities within a pipeline.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Copilot and other AI productivity tools supported by the company.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Proficiency in Teams, Zoom, or other virtual presentation platforms.
