• Excel in a competitive and dynamic sales landscape
• Make and receive numerous calls daily
• Cultivate partner channels
• Deliver presentations to groups
• Generate, qualify leads, and finalize sales
• Facilitate distribution and development
• Interpret and qualify Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Conduct cold calls to prospects and brokers
• Employ a consultative approach to all aspects of well-being
• Oversee, implement, deliver, assess, and enhance workplace wellness programs
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with Wellness IQ staff
• Present and sell to consultants or employer groups ranging from 50 to 1500 employees
• Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness through collaboration with management and vendors
• Regular travel is required
• College degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Wellness, Employee Benefits, or a related field
• Strong passion for Health and Wellness
• Experience in insurance brokerage focused on employee benefits is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong typing abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
• Familiarity with GoTo Meeting, Zoom, or other virtual presentation platforms
