This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify business opportunities with potential clients by assessing their position in the market, conducting research, and analyzing sales options.
• Generate leads and pinpoint decision makers within targeted prospects to initiate the sales process.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential clients through phone calls or emails on a rotational schedule.
• Ensure consistent follow-up with client organizations to guide the sales pitch through to closure.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal support teams to guarantee optimal service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with sales processes and requirements.
• Convert inquiries into sales by managing both inbound and outbound calls.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Possess knowledge and application of sales techniques such as rapport building, emotional selling, and product value enhancement.
• Ensure timely closure of sales.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or marketing with proficiency in English.
