This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Expand the current property portfolio in the Dubai market by securing new properties and achieving or surpassing growth objectives.
• Achieve or exceed the necessary conversion rate for new properties, measuring sales leads provided against those converted.
• Attend all scheduled sales meetings with prospective landlords.
• Handle a large volume of incoming emails and sales calls, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Generate precise and competitive property estimate quotes that facilitate successful acquisitions.
• Ensure that all service contracts are professionally prepared and dispatched to landlords in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system (Pipedrive).
• Three to five years of experience in direct sales, telesales, or selling services to a diverse clientele.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or C2).
• Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer relationship management skills, complemented by effective listening and negotiation abilities.
• A positive mindset, resilience, and the ability to excel under pressure.
