This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Manage scheduled inbound sales calls with potential clients.
β’ Establish rapport with clients by comprehending their needs and articulating the company's services.
β’ Confidently respond to inquiries and handle objections during the sales dialogue.
β’ Assist qualified leads through the payment process or invoice setup.
β’ Greet new community members and guide them to available resources and educational webinars.
β’ Follow up with leads as necessary to enhance conversion opportunities.
β’ Keep precise communication records utilizing company systems.
β’ Engage actively in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and role-playing exercises.
β’ Prior sales experience, ideally in a high-ticket or consultative sales context.
β’ Outstanding English communication skills (both verbal and written) at a C1/C2 or near-native proficiency level.
β’ Strong skills in building relationships.
β’ Comfortable with phone conversations throughout the day.
β’ Highly coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn new sales techniques.
β’ Willing to engage in role-playing exercises and complete comprehensive training.
β’ Committed to reading training materials and continuously enhancing product knowledge.
β’ Highly Preferred: Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) / Prior experience using Gmail for professional correspondence.
