This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ensure robust brand representation by conducting commercial meetings to showcase the company and its offerings, thereby continually enhancing the brand.
• Achieve sales targets through effective prospecting across the territory, gaining insights into the market and solutions, and delivering value to customers.
• Oversee the territory by developing efficient routes to maintain the existing customer base while driving sales growth.
• Foster interpersonal relationships by understanding diverse customer profiles and addressing challenges to achieve desired outcomes.
• Manage accounts to uphold service levels and customer satisfaction, engage in upselling, reduce churn, and guide after-sales initiatives.
• Navigate the sales journey by mastering sales techniques to ensure lead engagement and convert sales swiftly.
• Maintain the CRM by routinely updating activities, strategic insights, and action plans for each account.
• Engage in strategic planning, acknowledging market seasonality to concentrate efforts and achieve improved results.
• Sell products in a manner that allows customers to recognize clear value and financial advantages.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commercial Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a valid driver's license (CNH).
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
• Experience in technical B2B sales.
• Familiarity with telematics or fleet management is considered an advantage.
