This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Reach out to new leads and students through phone calls, messaging applications, email, and various other methods.
• Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the company's and partners' products and services.
• Assist users in navigating the account opening and deposit procedures on trading platforms.
• Inform users about the advantages of real accounts versus demo accounts to enhance conversions.
• Establish trust and encourage students to engage as active traders.
• Adhere to communication protocols and utilize approved sales scripts.
• Diligently manage and update information within the CRM system.
• Monitor and respond to student interactions across multiple communication channels.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, and experts to boost conversion rates.
• Evaluate user behavior and engagement to refine sales strategies.
• Offer insights to improve the student experience and conversion funnel.
• Conduct group webinars and promote additional products and features.
• Assist with various sales and operational responsibilities within the team.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
• Proven experience in trading, forex, finance, or cryptocurrency is essential.
• Familiarity with LatAm markets and understanding of regional student/customer behaviors.
• Proficient in working with KPIs and performance-driven targets.
• Experience with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
• Sales-oriented and goal-focused, skilled at engaging students and converting them into active trading participants.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and explain professional concepts clearly.
• Proactive and adept at problem-solving, capable of identifying student challenges and providing solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, planning ability, and discipline.
• Proficiency in English at B1 level or higher.
