This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities throughout India, with a focus on acquiring new clients and enhancing Kyriba's market presence.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically designed for the Indian market to meet and surpass sales targets and objectives.
• Construct and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting and reporting.
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations, understanding their requirements and effectively positioning Kyriba's solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product management, customer success, and legal to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Over 4 years of proven experience as an Account Executive or in a comparable sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry, ideally in India.
• A track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new clients.
• Strong understanding of treasury and financial processes.
• Ability to convey the value of complex technology solutions.
• Capacity to drive sales independently and foster strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Competence to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within India as necessary.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
