This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take full ownership of the sales process, spanning from lead qualification to successful deal closure.
• Identify and connect with new potential customers through various channels such as outbound efforts, networking, and events.
• Conduct discovery discussions to assess customer needs and requirements.
• Showcase our solution through product demonstrations and customized customer presentations.
• Negotiate contracts independently and finalize deals.
• Address objections and formulate appropriate solutions during the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance the sales strategy.
• Consistently track and report important KPIs while maintaining CRM data.
• Collect customer feedback and share valuable insights with internal teams.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS or software-related setting.
• Demonstrated experience in managing sales processes independently all the way to closing.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• A structured work approach with clear prioritization and a strong focus on results.
• Capability to understand customer needs and convert them into tangible solutions.
• Confident in managing negotiation scenarios and decision-making processes.
• Excellent command of German (native-level) and very good proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and modern collaboration tools.
• Fully remote work model.
