• Accountable for generating new business while also managing current relationships.
• Identify new opportunities through telemarketing, in-person customer visits, online research, and referrals.
• Operate within a designated territory to develop and enhance profitable relationships.
• Establish new contacts within IPFS and create fresh business opportunities.
• Perform needs assessments for prospects and customers utilizing the IPFS Sales process and Salesforce.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with IPFS Branch Managers and support Associates.
• 2-3 years of experience in outside sales within the financial services or insurance sectors, or marketing experience in an insurance context.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, along with strong sales and closing skills.
• Capability to build trust with diverse personality types.
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Salesforce and Microsoft applications.
