⛳️ Requirements

• Team members must adhere to all production and effort-based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Exhibit self-motivation with a "One Team" mindset, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with key partners throughout the organization.

• Maintain a professional appearance and actively engage in all scheduled sales meetings and training sessions conducted via platforms like Microsoft Teams Meetings.

• Basic technical skills are required to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Sales experience is necessary.

• An active state real estate license is required (if mandated in the state of residence).

• Candidates must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).
