This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Generate and qualify potential leads.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective clients.
• Negotiate agreements and finalize deals.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Ensure client satisfaction at all stages.
• Assist in the creation of sales strategies.
• Oversee CRM systems to ensure precise sales data management.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to synchronize sales and marketing goals.
• A demonstrated history of success in sales with experience in generating and maintaining revenue, ideally within the genomics or biotechnology sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• A Master’s degree or PhD is advantageous.
• A strong enthusiasm for genomics and bioinformatics.
• A proactive mindset for networking and building client relationships.
• High level of independence, a strong work ethic, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
• A positive attitude paired with outstanding time management and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is beneficial.
• Exceptional proficiency in the English language (C2 preferred, C1 minimum).
