This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.
• Identify and cultivate opportunities from prospecting to closing deals.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to ascertain customer needs and requirements.
• Customize product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
• Seek out new digital and electronic payment opportunities within the credit union and banking sectors.
• Oversee the progression of leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring prompt closure.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders.
• Secure funding for customer projects by aligning Fiserv solutions with client business challenges.
• Develop and implement monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts based on pipeline and CRM reports.
• Continuously assess market trends, customer feedback, and industry regulations.
• Over 7 years of direct sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work experience, and military background.
• Proven experience in formulating strategic sales methodologies and account plans.
• Comprehensive understanding of banking operations, particularly in digital payments and money movement ecosystems, as well as core banking systems.
• Knowledge of core banking solutions and associated technologies such as APIs, data integration, and security protocols.
• Proven ability to create and present effective business solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while juggling multiple priorities.
• Experience in developing and leveraging internal and external industry networks.
• Current awareness of industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory standards within the banking sector.
