This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Qualifying incoming leads and successfully closing deals.

• Converting leads into loyal customers.

• Engaging and activating customers to ensure they begin utilizing our product.

• Collaborating closely with other teams to create a seamless sales journey.

• Monitoring and analyzing your daily performance, consistently striving for enhancement.

• Acting as a true Finom ambassador—gaining a thorough understanding of our product and effectively communicating its value.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, particularly in high-volume, inbound sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you excel at building rapport and closing deals.

• Highly organized—you can manage multiple customers at various stages of the sales process effortlessly.

• A results-oriented mindset: you set ambitious goals and diligently work to surpass them.

• Adaptability and resilience—you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• A passion for fintech and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends. Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B Banking startups is a plus.

• Must have: fluent English (Additional languages are advantageous, especially Italian, French, German, and Spanish).

• You excel at working independently but also enjoy being part of a team.

• You are ambitious, competitive, and goal-oriented—you thrive on winning!
