This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to meet both individual and team sales targets.

• Proactively prospect and generate leads through diverse channels, including outbound outreach, referrals, and industry events.

• Oversee the complete sales cycle from the initial contact to closure, ensuring a consultative and client-centered approach.

• Present and showcase our agency services to potential clients (attorneys and law firms), highlighting how our solutions align with their business objectives.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date CRM records, encompassing deal stages, activities, and client communications.

• Build trust and credibility with prospects and clients by delivering exceptional value and service.

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on iLawyerMarketing's offerings and the industry we operate in.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to synchronize lead generation efforts and messaging.

• Partner with account managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and a seamless client onboarding process.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market changes.

• Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance to leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of comprehensive sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ideally focusing on securing contracts with personal injury attorneys and law firms.

• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.

• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in CRM tools and sales enablement technologies.

• Goal-oriented and self-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.

• Adaptable, proactive, and able to excel in a dynamic environment.

• Passionate about providing value to clients and assisting businesses in their growth.

• Willingness to travel domestically.

• JD preferred.

• Experience in digital marketing or SaaS is a plus.
