Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take charge of managing the designated territory.

• Showcase technical knowledge to provide customers with advice on technological solutions.

• Demonstrate skills in sales-funnel management, with a strong ability to prospect and close deals.

• Perform thorough territory planning, acquire in-depth market insights, and deliver precise and timely forecasts.

• Create and oversee a business plan aimed at achieving or surpassing the commercial goals set for the territory.

• Comprehend customers' scientific and commercial requirements to secure contracts.

• Effectively and accurately manage the sales process, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking, utilizing the CRM system and other specified IT tools.

• Stay updated on the genetic analysis markets, products, and purchasing practices necessary to maintain competitiveness in the assigned territory.

• Utilize knowledge of products and applications within the genetic analysis portfolio to conduct impactful commercial presentations.

• Assist in identifying and recruiting new sales personnel as necessary.

• Ensure complete customer satisfaction.

• Always represent the company in a professional, ethical, and integrity-driven manner.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline; or equivalent knowledge and experience.

• Over 3 years of commercial experience in the life sciences, preferably with expertise in both equipment and reagents.

• Demonstrated history and motivation to secure contracts and cultivate long-term customer relationships.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to excel in this field-based role.


🏝️ Benefits

• Requires up to 70% travel between DNA Script offices and customer locations throughout the EMEA region.

• Contract type: direct employment contract in France, or indirect employment contract for other assignment locations.

• Workplace: This is a remote position based in France, Germany, or the Benelux region, ideally situated near an international airport.
