This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Deliver exceptional professional support to the Sales Directors throughout the APAC region.
• Sustain, enhance, and discover new revenue prospects within designated accounts.
• Establish a portfolio of accounts through effective prospecting and networking.
• Recognize sales opportunities and collaborate with Sales Directors and the management team to optimize revenue.
• Anticipate client needs and provide solutions that surpass their expectations.
• Prepare quotes, finalize sales, create Statements of Work (SOWs), and manage invoicing.
• Engage in onboarding training and ongoing learning initiatives.
• Proficiency in both English and Japanese is crucial, in both written and spoken forms.
• Strong assessment, judgment, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced skills in relationship management.
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
• Established professional skills in customer business and relationship development.
• Experience in Technology, SaaS, or Financial Services sales is highly valued.
