This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Sales Calls and Demonstrations: Execute impactful sales calls and product demonstrations to highlight the features, benefits, and value propositions of the product or service. Utilize persuasive communication skills to respond to prospect inquiries and objections, showcasing how the offering can fulfill their requirements.
• Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with prospects, gaining insight into their businesses, challenges, and objectives. Position yourself and the company as a trusted advisor through effective communication and rapport building.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to identify their potential as viable business prospects. Comprehend the prospect's needs, pain points, and budget to assess compatibility with the company's products or services.
• Sales Pipeline Oversight: Monitor and manage sales opportunities using CRM software. Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all interactions, activities, and progress with prospects. Prioritize leads and manage your time efficiently to achieve sales targets.
• Sales Negotiation and Closing: Utilize strong negotiation skills to create mutually beneficial outcomes and finalize agreements. Understand prospect budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes to effectively navigate the sales cycle and secure contracts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the success team, marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and uphold a unified sales strategy.
• Market Analysis: Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine the sales approach and enhance the product offering.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Development Representative or in a comparable sales position.
• Experience in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.
• Comprehensive experience with the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and building relationships with diverse stakeholders while effectively conveying complex concepts in a straightforward manner.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and sales activities.
• Ability to swiftly comprehend customer needs and adapt the sales approach accordingly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
