This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive revenue execution for the designated territory, encompassing pipeline development, deal advancement, and attainment of sales objectives.

• Surpass sales goals by effectively executing territory sales strategies and prioritized account plans.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with educational institutions, faculty members, administrators, distributors, and key decision-makers through proactive engagement.

• Facilitate solution-oriented sales discussions centered on customer outcomes, value, return on investment, and measurable impact.

• Lead the design of solutions and value narratives in complex deals, synthesizing various educational solutions into cohesive proposals.

• Propel digital and portfolio expansion by enhancing product adoption and fostering effective cross-selling opportunities across brands.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the education, EdTech, SaaS, or a related sector.

• Familiarity with educational trends, digital learning tools, and curriculum standards.

• Strong digital competency with the ability to engage clients regarding both digital solutions and print products.

• Capacity to identify customer needs and convert them into compelling, value-driven solutions.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in utilizing CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and sales activities.

• Preferred experience with instructional technology or digital learning platforms.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites, team meetings, and industry events as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Availability to travel frequently to meet customers within the territory and attend customer events and sales meetings.
