This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee sales and account management within designated territories involving both existing primary and secondary clients.
• Promote and sell Cencora products and services.
• Ensure customer retention and adherence to contract terms.
• Negotiate contracts and Prime Vendor Agreements with existing customers.
• Execute new Prime Vendor Agreements.
• Deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Enhance generic sales and reclaim generic leakage within targeted accounts.
• Track and evaluate reports and data to assess the profitability growth of PRxO generics.
• Formulate and implement strategies to maintain growth in generic sales.
• Achieve or surpass revenue, profit, margin, sales, and activity objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers in the CSP Bronze segment while supporting renewals.
• Develop existing accounts into CSP Silver/Priority/Hi-Po segments and transition them to the field sales team when suitable.
• Market Cencora solutions such as Good Neighbor Pharmacy, Business Coaching, PRxO Generics, and Elevate Provider Network.
• Meet monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, order volume, and revenue.
• Transform secondary customers into primary customers by leveraging Cencora’s Suite of Offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service while continuously enhancing product, industry, and professional expertise.
• Report to and collaborate with the District Director and department manager.
• Proven track record of effectively utilizing consultative selling techniques in a diverse customer marketplace, leading to increased sales.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant and progressively responsible sales experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector, retail, and alternate care segments is preferred.
• Familiarity with the retail and alternate care industries, including trends and customer challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to adjust communication style based on the audience.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to influence others with different perspectives.
• High organizational agility and capability to collaborate across internal teams.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits as required.
• Openness to attending conferences, national sales meetings, and district sales meetings.
