This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in proactive prospecting and assess potential leads
• Grasp the technical landscape and recommend personalized solutions for each client
• Collaborate consultatively, transforming challenges into customized software solutions
• Spearhead strategic negotiations and create aligned proposals
• Oversee and cultivate an active client portfolio
• Proven experience in B2B sales of technology services
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Strong active listening skills and a consultative approach
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Gmail, and LinkedIn
• Basic understanding of system architecture, outsourcing, or agile methodologies (preferred)
• Experience with the Sankhya system (preferred)
• Base salary plus commissions
