This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Conduct consultations via phone with warm leads, and follow up through email and video.
• Foster strong, authentic relationships with prospective students.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using a CRM system.
• Regularly achieve or surpass sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and enhance sales performance.
• Represent the brand with empathy, enthusiasm, and a high level of professionalism.
• At least 3 years of experience in telesales or phone-based sales, preferably in online education, training, real estate, or the beauty industry.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve performance objectives.
• Experience working with Australian clients is crucial.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
• Exceptional communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building abilities.
