This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Acquiring new business through proactive prospecting, networking, outreach, and converting qualified leads.
• Overseeing and expanding existing customer accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Managing the entire sales cycle from discovery and qualification to proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover.
• Developing and sustaining a robust pipeline that ensures consistent achievement of targets exceeding £720,000 annually.
• Employing a consultative approach to comprehend customer needs, tailor solutions, and provide commercial value.
• Upholding excellent CRM practices, including reporting, forecasting, and opportunity management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B sales position.
• Proven experience in generating new business as well as managing existing customer accounts.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets (preferably £720,000+ annually or equivalent).
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness, resilience, and motivation.
• Proficient in CRM and pipeline management skills (preferably including Salesforce and Microsoft 365).
• Experience in governance, risk management, compliance, cyber security, professional services, or solution-focused B2B sales is a plus.
