This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead the expansion of new business opportunities within SMB and mid-market hosting providers, MSPs, and channel partners, overseeing the process from initial outreach to final closure.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with customers, distributors, resellers, and ecosystem partners to enhance adoption and revenue growth.
• Oversee and cultivate distributor and channel partnerships, facilitating partner enablement, pipeline development, and successful commercial execution.
• Identify and engage potential hosting and MSP partners within designated territories and ecosystems.
• Comprehend partner business models, customer environments, and operational requirements to propose suitable commercial and technical solutions.
• Assist in partner onboarding and early-stage account development in collaboration with Partner Success, Sales Engineering, and Technical teams.
• Participate in regional go-to-market strategies and aid in increasing Blackwall’s presence within relevant hosting, MSP, and infrastructure ecosystems.
• Represent Blackwall at partner meetings, industry events, and commercial discussions with a professional and consultative demeanor.
• Ensure accurate CRM management and utilize a structured, data-driven methodology for pipeline management, forecasting, and tracking partner activities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, channel sales, partner management, or business development.
• Familiarity with the ANZ market.
• Experience in hosting, MSP, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or SaaS sectors.
• Knowledge of partner-led and distributor-driven go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercially minded with a proactive and ownership-oriented approach.
• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Proficient with CRM systems and pipeline management processes.
• Proficient in professional English; additional regional languages are advantageous.
