This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Prospecting for new clients;
• Responsible for qualifying leads;
• Coordinating follow-ups between clients and relevant internal teams;
• Following up on submitted proposals;
• Closing sales deals;
• Handling negotiations;
• Participating in trade shows and events;
• Delivering corporate presentations;
• Sending out quotes and proposals;
• Providing after-sales support;
• Implementing customer retention initiatives;
• Conducting client visits;
• Managing the sales funnel;
• Maintaining and updating the commercial CRM system;
• Responsible for initial invoicing after account closure;
• Possessing thorough knowledge of the company's information and operations to effectively instruct and assist clients;
• A degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Commercial Management, or a similar field.
• Knowledge and/or experience in international trade.
• At least 2 years of experience in a commercial/sales position.
• Desirable experience and knowledge of technology organizations.
• Familiarity with OSGT is a plus.
