This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Develop and oversee a high-performing, revenue-generating pipeline within a designated territory.
• Utilize an established book of business.
• Offer a comprehensive range of logistics solutions, including Domestic Freight, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Warehousing, and Customs Brokerage.
• Discover new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted account strategies.
• Carry out discovery calls to assess client needs and create customized logistics solutions.
• Formulate and deliver competitive quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure a seamless transition of accounts to operations and account management teams.
• Keep precise CRM records, monitor pipeline activities, and generate dependable forecasts for revenue and growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal operations and leadership to ensure service excellence and client retention.
• 3–7+ years of demonstrated success in freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing revenue and gross profit targets.
• A transferable book of business with no current non-compete obligations.
• Strong consultative sales mindset with a genuine hunter mentality.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to work independently while also contributing to a cooperative team environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven territory planning.
• In-depth understanding of logistics solutions and supply chain dynamics.
