This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Drive occupancy rates, enhance tenant retention, and optimize revenue through proficient lead management, listing enhancement, and conversion strategies.
• Oversee the entire tenant lifecycle—from initial inquiry to move-in and ongoing retention.
• Collaborate closely with on-site teams to facilitate tours and the closing process.
• Manage listings and assist prospects throughout the application process.
• Support financing discussions and align marketing initiatives with unit availability.
• Foster strong relationships with tenants throughout the lease period and aim to convert renters into buyers when feasible.
• Encourage tenants to upgrade to larger or higher-value units while minimizing turnover through proactive engagement.
• Manage and optimize listings across various platforms (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Realtor.com).
• Respond swiftly to inquiries and oversee lead flow.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in both sales and marketing.
• Background in real estate, leasing, or property management.
• Strong negotiation skills and support in closing deals.
• Proven capability to manage pipelines, leads, and customer relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, MLS, or similar real estate listing tools.
• Knowledge of mobile home or residential financing.
• Experience in structuring or enhancing business processes.
• Professional, sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service.
• Experience integrating sales expertise, marketing execution, and operational insight within a real estate or similar sector.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive approach.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
• Creative thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident.
• Positive attitude with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Capable of understanding and adhering to established processes accurately with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours.
