This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
β’ Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with the Company's business goals.
β’ Oversee sales forecasting activities and establish corresponding goals and targets.
β’ Design sales campaigns and evaluate their performance.
β’ Enhance customer adoption through well-crafted sales engagements and an effective go-to-market strategy.
β’ Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Marketing, Client Success, Product, and other departments.
β’ Contribute to strategic, operational, and product development, ensuring that client needs are thoroughly understood across the organization.
β’ Over 8 years of leadership experience in SaaS/B2B solutions and tech-enabled services industries, particularly selling to financial and compliance leadership teams.
β’ Proven experience in selling KYC, AML, and risk solutions, with a deep understanding of SaaS.
β’ Demonstrated leadership in developing and executing sales strategies, offering strategic guidance for the business and subject matter expertise for clients.
β’ Experience engaging with C-level executives and multiple stakeholders on complex compliance initiatives.
β’ Proficient in using CRM systems and metrics to drive strategy and inform decision-making.
β’ Essential experience in Enterprise Software Sales with knowledge of the FinTech Compliance Industry.
β’ Possesses an international outlook, thinking globally and collaborating effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
β’ Located in Singapore, with the ability to travel frequently (up to 40% as needed).
