This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and pursue potential clients through incoming inquiries and various internal company avenues, including site visits, trade shows, and phone communications.
• Maintain regular communication with the internal sales team focused on building installation products, manage client accounts, ensure customer loyalty, and deliver after-sales support.
• Create commercial proposals tailored to client requirements: providing estimates and closing orders.
• Keep detailed records of client inquiries for future outreach and negotiations (including updated registrations, contractor profiles, and mailings).
• Monitor market trends related to pricing strategies, negotiations, and competitor activities.
• Track order volume and billing for your designated region to ensure targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with the finance department: prepare expense reports in line with company protocols and submit a monthly travel schedule in advance.
• Generate and distribute monthly reports summarizing the status of your region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commercial Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in the construction industry is mandatory.
• Experience in prospecting and managing a client portfolio is essential.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
• Resilience: capability to manage rejection and challenges while maintaining motivation and focus on objectives.
• Flexibility: ability to adapt to varying situations and demands, modifying approaches as necessary.
• Proactive and accountable: strong sense of responsibility for outcomes and eagerness to take the initiative to achieve objectives.
