This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate consultative sales meetings with potential clients;
• Identify and proactively seek new business opportunities within the real estate sector;
• Develop customized outreach strategies via email, phone, and WhatsApp to spark interest in the product;
• Maintain the CRM with up-to-date information and interaction history for leads;
• Conduct regular follow-ups to progress leads through the sales funnel;
• Support leads through to closure, managing all phases of the consultative sales process;
• Work collaboratively with the SDR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth buyer experience;
• Surpass monthly goals for closed new business, aiding in the expansion of the customer base.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, including active prospecting and acquiring new clients;
• Comfortable with conducting remote sales meetings;
• Familiarity with methodologies such as SPIN Selling, GPCT, or BANT is advantageous;
• Skilled in using CRM tools and knowledgeable about outbound sales processes;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consultative and persuasive style;
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related disciplines;
• Dependable laptop and wired internet connection suitable for remote work.
