This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and texting.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to arrange discovery meetings and ensure a smooth transition.
• Maintain thorough and precise records of all lead interactions in HubSpot CRM.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our services and convey their value to prospects.
• Monitor industry trends to uncover new opportunities and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with team members to share insights, enhance processes, and achieve common objectives.
• Meet or exceed monthly activity goals, including outreach volume and meetings scheduled.
• Focus on engaging with clients and prospects primarily in the US and Canada.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Experience working in the US, Canada, Australia, or the UK is considered a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly motivated with a proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Experience using HubSpot (or a similar CRM) to track and manage activities.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and building new relationships with prospective clients.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or marketing services is a plus.
• Ability to work full-time, US hours (between 6:30 PM to 5:30 AM US EST) on a US calendar.
• This role requires a high-speed internet connection and the capacity to continue working during power outages.

• Remuneration - Starting from 90,000 LKR (inclusive of Basic + Fixed allowances).
