This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Serve as the main contact for high-intent prospects and incoming leads.
• Employ critical thinking and proactive strategies to identify customer challenges.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to guarantee comprehensive product knowledge.
• Diligently record all stages of the sales pipeline, interactions, and deal advancements in Pipedrive.
• Deliver clear and actionable market insights to the product and marketing departments.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable high-performance sales position.
• Demonstrated success in addressing and overcoming customer objections.
• Familiarity with Pipedrive and contemporary telephony/dialer systems.
• Excellent command of the English language, both in writing and speaking.
• Candidates with experience in the US e-commerce sector will be preferred.
• Fully remote work environment free from micromanagement.
