This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop consultative sales strategies by identifying client opportunities and needs, supporting business closures, and achieving commercial and budgetary objectives.
• Analyze requirements from blood banks and laboratories, designing and positioning comprehensive solutions, while effectively communicating their value at various levels within the client organization.
• Manage territory, key accounts, and opportunity pipeline, engaging in strategic account management processes.
• Provide technical and commercial support, leveraging laboratory knowledge to advise clients on optimizing clinical and operational processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions, ensure their adoption, and participate in commercial training initiatives.
• Create value for the client by developing impact metrics and differentiating solutions from competitors.
• University degree in Biochemistry, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, or a related field.
• Technical and commercial experience in Blood Banking.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of hospital laboratory operations and blood banks.
