
Sales Executive – Agriculture, Heavy Machinery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic market development & account strategy: You will create and manage the go-to-market strategy for the Agriculture & Heavy Machinery sector.
• Prospecting, sales cycle & closing: You will identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted prospecting efforts, networking, industry events, and leveraging your personal connections.
• Management and expansion of existing Agriculture & Heavy Machinery customers: You will oversee our current clients and strategically enhance these accounts.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You will collaborate closely with our sales leadership team, sales development representatives, marketing, as well as product and customer success teams.
• Revenue ownership: You will be accountable for achieving your revenue targets and actively contributing to the company’s growth.
• Forecasting & CRM management: You will manage the forecasting of your opportunities and ensure clear pipeline planning in our CRM system.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales of software or SaaS solutions, preferably within the Agriculture & Heavy Machinery, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven success in acquiring new clients and closing complex enterprise agreements.
• Experience working with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
• Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, or cost-engineering processes relevant to the Agriculture & Heavy Machinery industry.
• Strong capabilities in territory planning, account strategy, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at the decision-maker level.
• High degree of ownership, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience managing intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Nice-to-have: a robust network in Agriculture & Heavy Machinery and experience in selling technical software solutions.
