This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance a NAM Sales Excellence strategy and curriculum that encompasses mindset, skills, processes, and execution throughout the entire sales lifecycle to optimize performance and sales outcomes.
• Take ownership of the sales methodology framework and promote value-based selling across various zones and roles.
• Integrate value-based and consultative selling principles into all training materials, tools, and coaching sessions.
• Empower other trainers to effectively promote and coach sales excellence frameworks.
• Assist frontline managers in reinforcing skills through coaching frameworks, deal reviews, and practical field applications.
• Utilize sales analytics, CRM data, and win/loss analysis to pinpoint capability gaps and establish training priorities.
• Collaborate across functions (enablement, sales operations, marketing) to enhance pipeline quality and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Lead change management initiatives and encourage the adoption of new tools, processes, and selling methods.
• Foster a culture that values continuous improvement, accountability, and customer-centricity.
• Apply success metrics to assess the impact of sales performance, adoption rates, and behavioral changes.
• Regularly review all sales training activities to identify opportunities for enhancement and boost overall effectiveness.
• Provide written feedback on observed behaviors (field visits, classroom sessions, etc.) to the relevant Area Vice President, Regional Sales Director, and Head of NAM Learning & Development.
• Conduct routine field visits with New Hires and designated sales representatives in collaboration with the Leadership team, Sales Excellence Trainer, and/or Product Trainers.
• Deliver and/or assist in the execution of additional formal training programs or assume other training roles and responsibilities as necessary to support the success of Siemens Healthineers.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant expertise in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and customer requirements.
• At least 5 years in commercial sales with a proven record of success in the role.
• Proficiency and/or certifications in delivering sales skills training.
• Experience in training or field-sales training is preferred.
