This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the transformation of vendor sales strategies by integrating agentic AI, utilizing automation and LLM agents to boost seller productivity and enhance customer engagement.
• Develop, document, and refine scalable sales processes for third-party vendor teams, ensuring coherence with the company's go-to-market strategy, standards, and customer experience principles.
• Oversee program- and regional-level performance management, establishing a consistent business rhythm that includes pipeline reviews, forecast cadence, and executive reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with Vendor Operations Managers and senior sales leadership to identify cross-site trends, mentor vendor leaders, and convert performance data into concise, executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
• Act as the liaison between internal sales leaders and vendor operations, providing regular updates, proactively escalating regional and program risks, and aligning goals and priorities throughout the organization.
• Facilitate the adoption and management of changes for new sales motions and performance processes, testing new methods and scaling successful solutions across programs and regions.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to outline future requirements for vendor teams, share best practices, and maintain high-performance behaviors across all vendor locations.
• Proven experience in designing sales motions and developing scalable processes for large or distributed sales teams.
• Background in sales management or a sales excellence leadership role, with a history of coaching teams and achieving consistent performance.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or vendor management, with a record of success in a third-party or outsourced sales environment.
• Proven ability to convert complex performance data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
