Sales Estimating Specialist – Promotional Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with inside sales representatives to produce timely and precise quotes for screen-printing, embroidery, and promotional product projects.

• Follow up on dispatched quotes to facilitate closure and guarantee prompt responses from clients.

• Examine customer specifications, artwork files, and purchase orders to ensure all essential details are included in each estimate.

• Revise quotes as required based on client modifications, maintaining version control and accuracy.

• Organize and maintain quote logs, tracking job statuses and communication timelines effectively.

• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and art departments to confirm feasibility, timelines, and pricing when necessary.

• Deliver clear and concise communication to sales and internal teams concerning updates or necessary revisions.

• Assist in recognizing pricing discrepancies or opportunities for improving margins.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in quoting, estimating, or sales support (preferably in custom products or manufacturing).

• Experience in the screen printing sector is highly advantageous.

• Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through; nothing escapes your notice.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities; must handle multiple quotes and tasks simultaneously without losing concentration.

• Capacity to remain composed and precise under pressure or when confronted with last-minute changes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quoting software (experience with Printavo, PriceIt, or similar platforms is a plus; training will be provided if needed).

• Self-motivated individual who excels in a remote work setting.

• Strong mathematical and logical skills — able to swiftly and accurately calculate costs, margins, and price breaks.
