• Oversee, guide, and enhance a team of Solution Architects to guarantee the timely, precise, and high-quality production of quotations, estimates, and solution documentation that meet customer needs.
• Propel the solutioning strategy for Claro’s Innovation and Accelerator initiatives, which encompass: Cloud (AWS, Azure, Claro Cloud, Google Cloud), AI Data Readiness Suite, IoT solutions, and Digital Transformation consulting services.
• Ensure that all quotations and proposals are comprehensive, devoid of errors, compliant with internal standards, and aligned with technical, commercial, and operational specifications.
• Cultivate and sustain robust working relationships with hyperscalers, OEMs, partners, and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field (Required)
• 4–6 years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology solutions environments (Required)
• 1–3 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, or technical leadership positions (Required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (High proficiency)
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect (or equivalent) — Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) (Preferred | Upon Hire)
• ITIL Foundation or higher (Preferred | Upon Hire)
• TOGAF Certification (or equivalent) or Certified Sales Associate (CSO) (Preferred | Within 180 days of hire)
