This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Expand the Solutions Engineering team by enhancing sales enablement capabilities, specialized subject matter expertise, and team growth.
• Quickly evaluate customer needs and propose solutions to sophisticated clients.
• Facilitate customer discovery sessions and deliver outcomes.
• Extract customer vision and requirements.
• Recommend a deployment strategy.
• Create a business case with supporting ROI.
• Develop scope definitions and cost estimates.
• Gain Saviynt product knowledge through training and apply relevant methodologies and procedures for customer-facing roles.
• Tailor presentations to meet specific customer needs and showcase innovative solutions for customer use cases.
• Provide oversight and collaborate with the product team to deliver curated responses that address prospective customer inquiries arising from RFPs.
• Present Saviynt deployment strategies and best practices, facilitating workshops focused on strategic vision and program development to foster dialogue, discover needs, and offer solution recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with Account Executives and Sales leaders, proactively managing and prioritizing key regional opportunities to drive them to closure.
• Regularly share solution feedback and competitive insights from the field with Saviynt product management.
• Over 8 years of prior business experience demonstrating success in Cloud Security and/or Identity and Access Management solutions, including deployment and/or pre-sales consulting.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated knowledge.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
