• Expand the Solutions Engineering team by enhancing sales enablement capabilities, leveraging focused subject matter expertise, and facilitating team growth.
• Quickly identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions to sophisticated clients.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and gather output.
• Extract customer visions and requirements.
• Propose an optimal deployment strategy.
• Create a business case along with a supporting ROI analysis.
• Develop scope definitions and cost estimates.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Saviynt products through training, applying relevant methodologies and procedures for customer-facing roles.
• Craft tailored presentations to meet specific customer requirements, showcasing innovative solutions for their use cases.
• Oversee and collaborate with the product team to deliver curated responses to potential customer inquiries arising from RFPs.
• Conduct presentations on Saviynt deployment and best practices, and facilitate workshops aimed at strategic vision and program development to foster dialogue, perform discovery, and offer solution recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with Account Executives and Sales leaders, proactively managing and prioritizing key regional opportunities to drive them to closure.
• Regularly provide feedback on solutions and competitive intelligence from the field to Saviynt's product management team.
• More than 8 years of prior business experience demonstrating success in Cloud Security and/or Identity and Access Management solutions, including deployment and/or pre-sales consulting.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated knowledge.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
