This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Participate in discovery and in-depth technical discussions to facilitate architecture and governance dialogues with the technical stakeholders of customers.
• Assess the feasibility of integration, deployment strategies, and security measures prior to progressing with deals.
• Assist in discussions related to security and compliance, including involvement in customer security evaluations and questionnaires.
• Identify potential technical risks early in the sales process to avoid overcommitment or misalignment of scope.
• Contribute to the technical aspects of proposals, RFPs, and requests for enterprise documentation.
• Create and regularly update customer-facing enablement resources such as architecture diagrams and data flow documentation.
• Establish and maintain a structured library of technical objections that reflect governance and cybersecurity issues.
• Standardize the technical validation process throughout the sales organization.
• Conduct regular internal technical training sessions and mentor BotCity's internal teams.
• Set and uphold clear escalation procedures for intricate technical situations.
• Deliver organized field feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on recurring technical challenges.
• Enhance the quality of post-sale transitions by ensuring precise technical alignment before closing deals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical consulting within B2B enterprise solutions.
• Proven experience engaging with Information Security, Cybersecurity, and/or GRC stakeholders on customer teams.
• Strong comprehension of APIs, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), multi-tenant systems, and enterprise software deployment methodologies.
• Familiarity with authentication methods (OAuth, SSO, RBAC), encryption protocols, logging, audit trails, data isolation, and access control frameworks.
• Knowledge of the Python ecosystem, CI/CD principles, and the secure software development lifecycle.
• Capable of discussing data exposure risks, governance controls, privilege management, and platform hardening during technical discussions.
• Experience with CRM systems, MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, and LinkedIn.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support events and meet the team.
• Proficiency in Portuguese - Fluent.
