This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Implementation, Technical Support & Customer Success
• Act as a technical reference for customers throughout the implementation and adoption of Trimble solutions.
• Provide technical assistance, onboarding, and training for Tekla PowerFab customers as well as other solutions in the Tekla and Trimble portfolio for the AECO sector.
• Help customers address technical and operational issues related to the use of solutions.
• Collaborate closely with customers after deployment to guarantee operational continuity and value realization.
• Work with internal support, product, and engineering teams to monitor and escalate technical cases.
• Assist in implementations, best practices, and processes associated with the digitalization of fabrication and construction.
• Technical Development & AECO Solutions
• Build technical expertise in solutions such as Tekla Structures, Trimble Connect, ProjectSight, Structural Designer, and other technologies within the Trimble Construction One ecosystem.
• Aid localization efforts, produce technical documentation, and create training materials for the Brazilian market.
• Provide technical content and best practices for customers and partners.
• Pre-sales Technical Support
• Assist with technical demonstrations, workshops, presentations, and discovery meetings as required.
• Fluent in Portuguese and possess professional-level English (approximately B2; will be evaluated during the interview).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in steel structure fabrication, structural project engineering for steel or reinforced concrete, detailing, production processes, or technology applied to construction.
• Familiarity with Tekla Structures, Tekla PowerFab, comparable solutions (e.g., Strumis, Fabtrol), or systems associated with the AECO industry.
• Understanding of production processes, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, design, or operational management.
• Experience in technical roles with direct customer interaction (support, implementation, training, or consulting).
• Enthusiasm for developing technical skills in digital construction solutions.
• Excellent communication abilities and a knack for building relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation.
• Willingness to travel domestically (~50%).
