This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate discussions and product demonstrations to highlight capabilities, address customer challenges, respond to inquiries, and manage objections.
• Develop technical documentation to assist customers in implementing specific use cases or enhancing our solution.
• Work alongside account teams to comprehend customer needs and translate them into Socket capabilities, emphasizing the business value.
• Assist with Proof of Concepts (POCs) that meet customer specifications; offer technical expertise, troubleshooting, and guidance throughout the evaluation stage.
• Provide recommendations on integrating solutions into the customer's current infrastructure.
• Extract and convey customer requirements and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Partner with Customer Success to drive post-sales revenue, ensure customer retention, and contribute to overall growth.
• Manage cross-functional projects involving teams such as Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Previous technical experience in roles such as Software Development, Technical Account Manager (TAM), Solutions Architect, Product Support, etc.
• Practical experience in customer-facing roles.
• Capacity to multitask and effectively manage multiple competing priorities, delegating when needed while remaining highly organized, detail-oriented, and showcasing excellent time management skills.
• Empathetic approach towards customers and a dedication to thoroughly understanding the challenges they face.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and directly contribute to Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Willingness and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with web APIs, SDKs, and other technical frameworks is advantageous.
• Proficiency in reading and writing basic scripts in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Golang.
• Understanding of common source control systems like GitLab or Bitbucket.
